Day 18: The Sickness You Are Facing Is Not Normal …. I Saw A Spiritual Battle For Your Health Going On From Bishop Climate

Dear Child of God,

We’ve been fasting and praying for 18 days now! Our spiritual preparation for this year is nearly complete. Every day we’ve been dealing with a different spirit, a different curse, a different principality, making sure we are covering every ground, so that no matter what tries to pop up in the months to come, it’s not going to catch you off guard. 

The Bible tells us about one man who experienced favour during all his career. He was never demoted, he never experienced delay, though he came up against mighty strongmen, but God always gave him victory. And it’s because he lived a life of prayer and fasting. The king of Babylon chose Daniel to be the chief prince above all his children and relatives. And Daniel chose to abstain from certain foods because he did not want to defile himself. He knew the type of enemies he would come up against and he couldn’t afford to have any gaps in his hedges. As a result, he won every battle he faced, and throughout much change of government, he still maintained his position. 

Even Jesus, the Son of God, before he could start his ministry he had to fast for 40 days in the wilderness. Their willingness to follow the Spirit of God’s leading enabled them to have a successful future and fulfil the plans of God for their lives. 

But what happens when we don’t fast and pray? Look at what happened when the children of Israel were brought out of Egypt. God wanted to prepare them for the Promise Land by leading them to focus on Him through prayer and fasting. They would often be required to go days without food, or few days without water. Even after God provided manna, you could still consider that a fasted diet. And yet instead of going through it with God and allowing Him to humble them and prepare their hearts, they continually grumbled and complained against Him. As a result they never entered the Promise Land, but they died in the wilderness.

Allow God to do what He wants to do in you this year. Your preparation plus opportunity will equal your breakthrough. Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 17:21 “These things cannot go out except by fasting and prayer”. So there are some breakthroughs you can never have unless you live a lifestyle of prayer and fasting. 

But tonight Child of God, we move onto the next principality that we must bring down. Yesterday we spoke about the first agent of destruction and tonight we continue with number two. 

Ephesians 2:1-2 tells us “As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient”. 

The Bible tells us there is a ruler of the kingdom of the air. These are spiritual powers, spiritual forces that are at work. And for those who know what they are doing, they can release these powers against vulnerable people. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard from people that are going through issues and they ask me ‘Man of God I have done nobody any wrong, why am I suffering like this?’ But Child of God you don’t have to do anybody anything, you can be very loving, generous, kind, but somebody with a pure evil heart can choose to rise up against you and destroy your life. And this happens all the time. Remember your real enemy is the devil and he is just working through people. It is this evil spirit that is at work in those who are disobedient, working through them in order to torment the people of God. 

And we see a very powerful but dangerous principle which God himself has said. 

And the Lord will take away from you all sickness, and none of the evil diseases of Egypt which you knew will He put upon you, but will lay them upon all who hate you. (Deuteronomy 7:15)

You see the children of God were under a heavy yoke of witchcraft and oppression which kept them in bondage for all those 400 years. This included spiritual sickness and disease. And what God is trying to tell us is that it is possible that your enemies can lay and transfer sickness upon you. 

That is why sometimes doctors cannot even find out what is going on because the problem you are facing is not physical. Actually the problem is not even yours, you are just carrying around somebody else’s sickness. And this is what I want to open up your eyes to tonight. That there is a strongman of destruction that operates through sickness and disease. 

Psalms 107:20 says He sends forth His word and heals them and rescues them from the pit and destruction.

There are sicknesses that are designed to destroy you. When an agent of sickness and disease has been unleashed against a person, it begins to destroy their life. You see you can have some sickness and disease that enter your life because of bad choices and unhealthy habits, but there are other sicknesses which are spiritual and can be sent against you, and once they come upon you, everything in your life just begins to destruct. But Child of God today we must pray, that any sickness that have put on you as a result of sorcery and witchcraft, God is going to return that sickness to your sender. 

Sometimes what you are going through can be generational. It’s not something that you did, but back in your family line, somebody did something and as a result of it a curse was put upon your family, and it is that curse that keeps running through each generation. Some things like high blood pressure, diabetes, blindness, bareness, they are generational. 

But today Child of God we are going to pray against every agent of destruction that wants to destroy your life through sickness and disease. Yes I see there are some things you are facing that are not normal. That’s why your body is not responding to treatment. But after these prayers, every evil sickness that have been sent against you is going to die by fire!

Some of them sacrifice their children or loved ones, or pay a lot of money, whatever it is, it has cost them much. We cannot expect to combat that and not even give God an offering.
