I shared the story about the Shunammite women, this woman could have turned around and hate God for all the things that have happened in her life. I know you have been through things you have 1000 reasons to hate God, but still, you have remained persistent and stayed the same. You have never been bitter you still have consistently served God with all your heart.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 Kings 4:11-17 NIV:<\/span> \u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Call the Shunammite.\u201d\u00a0So he called her, and she stood before him.<\/span>\u00a0Elisha said to him, \u201cTell her, \u2018You have gone to all this trouble for us. Now what can be done for you? Can we speak on your behalf to the king or the commander of the army?\u2019\u201d\u00a0<\/span>She replied, \u201cI have a home among my own people.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u201cWhat can be done for her?\u201d Elisha asked.\u00a0<\/span>Gehazi said, \u201cShe has no son, and her husband is old.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>Then Elisha said, \u201cCall her.\u201d So he called her, and she stood in the doorway.<\/span>\u201cAbout this time\u00a0next year,\u201d Elisha said, \u201cyou will hold a son in your arms.”\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u201cNo, my lord!\u201d she objected. \u201cPlease, man of God, don\u2019t mislead your servant!\u201d\u00a0<\/span>But the woman became pregnant, and the next year about that same time she gave birth to a son, just as Elisha had told her. <\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong>\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

As he stretched\u00a0himself out on him, the boy\u2019s body grew warm.<\/span>\u00a0Elisha turned away and walked back and forth in the room and then got on the bed and stretched out on him once more. The boy sneezed seven times\u00a0and opened his eyes.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/sup>Elisha summoned Gehazi and said, \u201cCall the Shunammite.\u201d And he did. When she came, he said, \u201cTake your son.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0She came in, fell at his feet and bowed to the ground. Then she took her son and went out.”\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n}
