Hi Child of God Hope you are having a great week, today I want to share with you about encouragement and kindness. Everyone in this world can benefit from kindness. The way we are created is to be kind and to encourage one another. The bible talks how we should love God with all out heart, soul, strength and mind and the bible also teaches us to love our neighbour as ourselves. I believe that with being kind, it is showing God’s love and compassion and also helping others to become whole again. If we could only remain kind and think of great things and by the help of Jesus He would remove any heaviness, bitterness from our hearts completely. With your words of encouragement or your act of kindness that you have shared with someone you may have already helped heal an area of someones life just by showing compassion. The more we are kind to friends, family and even being kind to strangers, the more we are becoming just like Jesus! So today let us practise kindness so we can let the healing process begin. 

  Do you know that by harbouring negative feelings such as bitterness, stress, grudges and lack of forgiveness can halt your healing? Even so this can be the reason to bring on sickness, poverty and many issues into your life. Today I want you to let it go! Whatever it is, whoever has offended you I want you to let go of any negative situation, any negative and worn out relationships. Release anything in your life that is not giving you joy. Today as you pray and meditate I want you to see solutions to every situation, every stress gone, every relationship healed every bitterness melted away. I encourage you to do this on a daily basis and see it into being. I encourage you every day to make extra effort to show someone an act of kindness. Whether it be you helping someone, smiling more than usual or even giving words of encouragement. As your words and actions help to heal others, you can heal yourself too. (Luke 10:27) Amen.
