How To Hear The Voice Of God Prophetic Word From Bishop Climate

 

Dear Child of God,

This weekend was quite an amazing time as I just came back from the mission field where we held a powerful conference in Zimbabwe and many lives were changed. One lady that I prayed with during the Prophetic Hour at church testified how her 11 year old nephew that had gone missing was found the same night after we prayed.

But this month I want to share something very special with you. I know many of you have already received your prophetic word from me and I hope you are making all the necessary efforts to get your prayer request in before we go to the mountain, for it is an opportunity that you don’t want to miss.

But the Lord spoke to me on something I must share with you for the next 3 weeks. That each week I will release a special teaching to you.

This teaching is something that helped me many years ago. For I know that if it was not for this knowledge, I would not be where I am today. I would have never even been alive, I know that for sure. But because I knew how to be able to discern, I was able to keep myself above the powers of darkness and out of the hand of the enemy. And that’s why thousands of lives are being transformed each week as they attend our many services and learn powerful teachings just like this. That’s why God spoke to me that I must share it with the rest of my people that aren’t able to attend physically, for I don’t want you to miss out either.

Throughout the next 3 weeks we are going to be looking at voices – the 3 types of voices you can hear and how to be able to discern them.

There are three types of voices that can speak to you:

1)   The voice of God

2)   The voice of the devil

3)   The voice of yourself (the flesh)

Today I’m going to give you 8 signs on how you can know when God is speaking

One of the questions many Christians ask is “How can I know God is speaking to me?”

The one who enters by the gate is the shepherd of the sheep. The gatekeeper opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.” (John 10:2-5)

God expects us to know his voice and to flee from the strange voice. We should be able to recognise God’s voice so that He can guide you everyday.

But a lot of the issues you are facing today are a result of some voices that you listened to that were not of God.

Satan’s number 1 weapon against Christians is not deception, it is the power of suggestion. It is the voices. That’s why you need to know the truth so you can be free.

Often times we hear a voice speaking to us and we immediately assume that it’s God. But it’s not.

One of the worst things that plagues Christian churches and believers today is something called a religious spirit. In fact the religious spirit is the spirit that is next to the spirit of madness.

Religious spirit attacks two types of people:

1)      Those who God has called to be millionaires – the financiers of the Gospel

2)      And those who God has called to be the leaders in today’s society

I’ve seen many times very successful business men, using their funds to support the work of God, then suddenly they receive a word saying they should be in ministry and they drop everything and become a pastor. Yet that is not what they are called to do. Now the church suffers, the family suffers, everyone begins to suffer.

I have seen men leave their families and their wives to go and join the ministry – things completely contrary to God’s word and His will – all because they heard a voice which they “thought” was God.

So how do we avoid this? Please if you are one of these type of people, be sure to get rid of these habits: Going around making statements like “the Spirit led me to do this” or “the Spirit told me to tell you this”. No, that’s not the Spirit of God! And many of us are unable to hear God properly today because of it. Many Christians think every single voice they hear must be the voice of God. That cannot be further from the truth.

That’s why today I want to teach you on how you can be sure if that voice is the voice of God or not. Today we are going to get to the bottom of all this for once and for all. Because you are my people, and I love you with all my heart. And you must succeed. No more circles, no more confusion, no more delay. It’s time to Move Forward!

What are 8 Signs to Know when God is Speaking?

1)   There is always an inward knowing

Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. (1 Cor 2:13)

 When God speaks to you, there is always an inward knowing that it is Him. What happens, God will begin to speak to you very subtly but the more you trust Him the more you will get used to his voice.

That’s why what I am teaching you this week, it’s not going to happen overnight. But the more you keep practicing, the better you will be at discerning which voice is God’s and which is not.

2)   There is peace

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27)

If you hear a voice speaking to you and there is no peace then immediately begin to realize, that voice is not from God. Anything that will make your heart fear, that will trouble your spirit, that is not God.

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. (Jer 29:11)

When God speaks to you, He speaks peace. So any thoughts of evil, jealousy, to make you afraid, then realize that is not God speaking.

3) Trust

When God speaks to you, there is a feeling of trust that comes over you.

Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Pro 3:5-6)

You are going to have to trust in God. Don’t rely on your own understanding. One of the voices of the flesh is control. It wants to try and get you to take control of things. But you need to wait! If the voice you are hearing is making you rush, then it’s not of God!

Many of us have heard a voice, and assuming it was God we rushed ahead and suddenly all the plans came to nothing and you ended up in a bigger mess than you started.

Allow God to finish what He has begun.

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ (Phil 1:6)

4)  Confidence and Assurance

For thus saith the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not. (Is 30:15)

When God speaks to you, there is a confidence that comes. Just like when Peter stepped out on the water and began to walk to Jesus, it’s because he heard the voice of God. And that voice gave him the confidence to step out. But as soon as he began looking at the waves, he began rationalizing the reality of the situation, and he started listening to the voice of fear and doubt instead. That’s when he began to sink, for he questioned the first voice he heard, the voice of God.

Stop allowing your situation to speak to you. If you hear a voice and it is destroying your confidence, if you hear a voice that is causing you to doubt God, then realize it’s not God but it’s the devil.

5)  He will always speak in agreement with His word

Anytime you hear a voice, in order for it to be God’s voice it must always line up with His Word.

And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2 Pet 1:18-21)

 6)  It does not deny the Lordship of Jesus

When you are hearing swear words or curse words in your head, or cursing God in your head, that is the spirit of anti-christ. Satan cannot call Jesus the Christ.

Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost (1 Cor 12:3)

7)  There must always be a confirmation

This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established. (2 Cor 13:1)

When God speaks to you, there will always be a confirmation.  Even when you hear a prophecy, it must always be confirmed before you can act on it.

8)  There is clarity

When Jesus speaks to you, He will always speak clearly so you can hear Him. If the voice brings confusion or makes you second-guess, then it’s not of God.

For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. (2 Cor 1:20)
